The Off Center is available for rental by other performing arts organizations. Availability is limited, so email for latest information.

Rental rates are as follows:

Mainstage: $190 per night plus 10% of the box office. $50 per day for rehearsal and load-in days.

Late Night or Top-of-the-Week: $85 flat per night. $40 per day for rehearsal and load-in days.

Rates are always subject to change. Please email for the most current rental rates.

The Off Center is also available for rehearsals, auditions, workshops and other events. Rates vary depending on the project.

In respect for our neighborhood businesses, The Off Center does not host matinees. No shows may be scheduled in the space before 5pm.
