Rude Mechs represents the best of Austin, and each year Austin?s cutting edge creative class comes together with the Rude Mechs to throw the hottest party in town, The Eye Ball. Named for our logo (a flaming eye ball), the Eye Ball is a fundraiser supporting Rude Mechs and all we do - new play creation, outreach to teenage girls through our Grrl Action program, presenting artists from around the globe, and managing a performing arts venue.

This year's party will take on a nautical theme — the AYE EYE Ball will help secure the future of the best performing arts in Austin. Flaunt your good name to each and every one of our important guests as they party the night away. This year's event will feature a Live Auction, a Silent Auction, and live entertainment from Rebecca Havemeyer and Deejay Graham Reynolds.

DONATE TO THE SILENT AUCTION OR LIVE AUCTION

If you are interested in donating your wares to our Silent or Live Auction, please download the Silent Auction Donor Guidelines and the Donation Form . You can email your completed Donation Form to the Silent Auction Committee, and they will send you a receipt for your donation.

Our Silent Auction has a well-deserved reputation for being a great opportunity to shop at Austin's best local businesses. The Live Auction is going on year four and is proving to be the most exciting part of the evening. We are looking to blow our patrons away.

GIFT GUIDELINES:

All silent auction donations should be received by July 31, 2010.
Gifts valued at $1000 should be received by June 15, 2010 for logo placement in the invitation.
Your donation is tax deductible to the full extent of the law for the fair market value of the donated goods or services.
If your donation is a gift certificate that can be redeemed for goods or services, please include on the gift certificate an
expiration date or any other limitations.
